TRIMARAN (“We” or “us”) takes your privacy seriously and is fully committed to handling the information we collect from you in a secure and responsible manner. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This document sets out the basis on which any personal information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USE

You can tell us about yourself by: – Giving us your business card during a meeting, trade fair or any other place – Filling out the contact form available on our site – Asking for information by email, phone or via social networks We may collect information about you by: – Finding it on any publicly accessible medium (Internet, press, etc.) – Acquiring a database in which you would be included – Receiving one of our partners – When you connect to an application (or website) developed by Trimaran. This information concerns only your professional identity; namely your: surnames / first names / company / position held / email and possibly professional telephone number.

2. PURPOSE OF USING YOUR DATA

We may use your personal data to: – Communicate with you (send email, etc.) – To offer you the products and services adapted to your needs – Improve our products and services – Conduct our business operations – Conduct our marketing campaigns – Comply with legal obligations – Send to third parties exclusively for the purpose of spot checks, hosting or computer maintenance.

3. SHARING YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We are likely to share your data with other companies in the Trimaran group in compliance with the strict application of this policy. Access to the personal data collected is strictly limited to the persons in charge of processing this information. Subcontractors and service providers are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and may only use the data in accordance with the contractual provisions and applicable legislation. Apart from the aforementioned cases and except legal obligation, we do not share your personal data with any third party natural or legal person without your consent.

In the event that we may need to transfer your data outside France, the European Union or to a country with a sufficient level of data protection, we will ensure that they benefit from a level of protection at least similar to the legal provisions in force in France.
